• Non-returnable Items: Intimate wear, perishables, custom-made and discounted/sale items are non-returnable.

• Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for orders over INR 2000.
• Same Day Delivery: Additional charges may apply for same day delivery.
